1. De.Fragrancia accepts any product which were not up to your expectations.
2. De.Fragrancia accepts return/exchange requests up to 7 days from the date of perfume delivery.
3. Perfume bottles should have at least 90% remaining.
4. Return/Exchange requests are processed within 5 working days.
5. Delivery charges are not refundable for your exchange/return order.
6. Customers have to pay the delivery charges for exchange order.
7. If the bottle is damage, leakage, or wrong product deliver, we bear the delivery charges.
